Project Spotlight | A RUM FELLOW | The Gilded Cabinet

Designers at The Gilded Cabinet believe great design should feel fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone. In this featured project, they embraced that ethos by incorporating two of our signature flatweave rugs: the Arra and the Hikira.

In the serene green living room, the Arra rug adds a quiet rhythm to the space, its understated pattern bringing depth without overwhelming the room’s calming palette. It grounds the scheme beautifully, offering a touch of texture.

By contrast, the custom coloured Hikira brings an uplifting burst of energy to the hallway. Bold and full of character, it sets a playful tone the moment you step onto the hallway. Its confident patterning introduces a sense of movement and joy, perfectly capturing the spirit of a welcoming home.

Both rug choices illustrate how small design decisions can make a clear difference to the feel of a space.
