LAUNCH | ELSEWHERE COLLECTION | HAND KNOTTED RUGS

A RUM FELLOW introduces Elsewhere, a Hand Knotted Rug Collection bridging luxury design and radical social purpose.

Inspired by otherworldly spaces that exist beyond our usual understanding, our Elsewhere Collection designs tiptoe between realms of consciousness, evoking a place where the everyday gives way to something more elusive.

The fully Hand Knotted collection traces these liminal realms where myth, magic, and unseen forces converge and multiple paths unfold, like a series of sliding doors into worlds not yet fully known but still somehow connected to our own reality.

The designs explore symbols of moons, leaves, ladders and waves as gentle storytelling devices. Rendered in abstract, sketched forms, these motifs remain intentionally open to interpretation, familiar enough to recognise, yet elusive enough to feel drawn from another world.

Like a storytelling journey, Veil brings disparate memories and imagined landscapes floating into focus. Familiar forms emerge and recede, creating a design that feels both connected and elusive. The composition unfolds like a story revealed in fragments, where individual moments gather to create something greater than the sum of their parts.
